Responsibilities

• Orientedtowardsuserneedscombinedwithmarket/competitioninsightsandpositioningthroughGTMoperationachievecommercialsuccessoftheproduct;
• Startingfromthelifecyclemanagementofasingleproductintegrateinternalresourcesmobilizeexternalresourcesoutputtheoperationideasandstrategiesforeachstagewithinthelifecycleandmanageandreviewthemarketperformanceoftheproductatdifferentstagescontinuouslyupgradingtheoperationmethodology;
• FromtheperspectiveofGTMoperationbasedonuserneedsandmarket/competitioninsightscontinuouslyprovideeffectivesuggestionsforproductdefinitioncombinationstrategiesetc.
• Activelyparticipateintheformulationofthesalesplancoordinatetheplanningrisksatthetheaterlevelandprovideeffectivesuggestionsonthematerialpreparationstrategyandplanningstrategy.

Qualification

• Bachelorsdegreeorabovewithatleast5yearsofrelevantworkexperience.
• Candidateswithexperienceinproductsalesbrand-relatedpositionsandextensiveexperienceinprojectmanagementwillbegivenpriority.
• Proficient in English in terms of listening speaking reading and writing. Chinese langauge is a plus.
• Possesssystematicthinkingbecapableofformulatingoverallstrategiesandbegoodatgraspingtheessenceofthings.
• Strongleadershipanddrivewithexcellentcommunicationskillsastrongsenseofgoalsandtheabilitytolearnanditeratequickly.
