Global Social Media & Digital Communication Internship Starting date: September 2026 6 months Milan

For our Global Headquarters inMilanAmplifon is looking for a young talented person to join ourGlobal Communication Team. As a Social Media and Digital Communication Intern you will contribute to improving Amplifons digital awareness and reputation through the main social media channels (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X) creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.

Youll be in charge of:

• Develop and implement Amplifons multichannel social media strategy globally and locally
• Create and manage published content (images video copy) across all social media platforms
• Contribute to defining the most relevant social media KPIs (followership increase global and local engagement targeted adv campaigns)
• Monitor and oversee social media content tracking their performances
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other Amplifons teams to increase reach and strengthen the corporate narrative

You are the right person if you:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Communications Marketing or similar field
• Passionate in Communications and Social Media
• Excellent written communication skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Meta (Facebook Instagram) X TikTok YouTube and other social media best practices
• Understanding of social media KPIs SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Ability to formulate solutions quickly and efficiently
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
