Global IT Service Management Internship Start date: December 2026 Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global IT Operations
team. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects alongside global stakeholders gaining a broad understanding of how a large-scale IT organization operates.

Youll be in charge of:
Supporting global initiatives aimed at improving IT services operational governance and user experience
across Amplifon markets.
Collaborating with international teams to monitor service performance and identify opportunities for
continuous improvement.
Supporting the preparation of reports presentations and dashboards for global stakeholders and IT leadership
teams.
Contributing to the coordination of operational activities involving different functions countries and external
partners.
Supporting the management and follow-up of projects and initiatives related to IT Operations and Digital
Transformation.

You are the right person if you:

Have a background in Engineering Economics Management Computer Science or a related field.
Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams. Knowledge of Italian is a nice to have.
Are passionate about technology digital innovation and problem solving.
Possess a good command of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Are analytical curious and eager to learn.
Have strong organizational and communication skills.
Are energetic flexible committed and positive.

6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
1000 as monthly gross reimbursement.
Full-time experience. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team
youll be working with!).
