Global Financial Planning & Analysis Internship starting date: November 2026 6 months Milan

For our Global Headquarters inMilan Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join ourGlobal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teamthe Finance department division.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

Youll be in charge of:

• Support monthly Forecasting & Budgeting processes on global level
• Assists functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets
• Analyze store-level Profit & Loss performance across Amplifons global retail network to identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders and act as a key financial advisor for both country and corporate stakeholders providing guidance on financial performance strategic decisions new business models and investment evaluations.
• Support the development of performance analytics financial models and business insights to drive revenue growth margin improvement and productivity initiatives.

You are the right person if you:

• Are a graduate student in Finance Economics Statistics or similar
• Speak English fluently.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
• Are able to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasks.
• Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.
• Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Are results oriented with good communication skills.

• 1000 as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team youll be working with!).
