Global CRM Internship

Global CRM Internship Curricular Internship Starting date: September 2026 6 months Milan

We are looking for a talented person to join our Global CRM team. In this role you will support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets working closely with experienced professionals and local teams worldwide. You will contribute to CRM campaigns customer journeys and performance analysis helping drive customer engagement through a data-driven approach while gaining exposure to a truly international business environment.

Youll be in charge of:

• Supporting the design and implementation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys aligned with global engagement and business objectives.
• Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of CRM activities across markets ensuring consistency with global guidelines and best practices.
• Analyzing campaign performance and customer engagement data identifying insights and opportunities to improve results.
• Contributing to the optimization of CRM processes tools and channels while supporting the sharing of best practices across regions.

You are the right person if you:

• Masters degree in Marketing Business Economics Data Analytics Statistics Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in CRM customer engagement digital marketing and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI Tableau SQL or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
