Global CRM & Customer Intelligence Internship Curricular Internship 6 months Start date: September 2026 Milan

We are looking for a talented person to join ourGlobal CRM & Customer Intelligence team. In this role you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals interacting with multiple stakeholders across departments and markets helping align customer insights with businessobjectivesand supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

Youll be in charge of:

  • Supporting the collection preparation and integration of customer data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Analyzing customer behavior identifying segmentation opportunities and uncovering actionable business insights through data.
  • Contributing to customer profiling and predictive analytics projects to better understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Monitoring CRM campaigns and personalized promotions recommending optimization opportunities based on performance insights.

You are the right person if you:

  • Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Statistics Engineering or Economics.
  • Knowledge of SQL Python or R; experience with Tableau Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • 1000 as monthly gross reimbursement.
  • Full time experience Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team youll be working with!).
