RESPONSABILITIES

1. Team management and leadership

• Manage support and develop team skills
• Unite teams around La Minerva and Paris Society values culture and standards
• Identify high-potential candidates (promotion mobility transfer)
• Set an example of excellence rigor and personal commitment
• Implement regular training to develop managerial and operational skills

2. Operational excellence & brand image

• Be the guardian of the GiGi & Mimi Kakushi brand image quality concept and standards
• Ensure compliance with service processes and standards across all areas.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate and sustainable solutions
• Ensure consistent customer experience across all establishments

3. Economic performance & financial management

• Ensure the best possible performance in terms of revenue and profitability
• Manage and monitor the annual budgets for each establishment with the Head of Operations
• Analyze results and propose corrective action plans
• Provide operations with the tools necessary to achieve their objectives

4. Technical supervision health & safety and compliance

• Supervise with the General Managers the technical and regulatory aspects of sites (Maintenance / Health and safety / Applicable legislation)
• Ensure compliance with standards and obligations related to our Group and partners
• Anticipate technical and regulatory risks and coordinate corrective actions

5. Coordination & partnerships

• Ensure compliance with supplier partnerships established by the group
• Ensure synchronization between the various internal and external contacts involved in an operation
• Ensure smooth and effective communication between the departments concerned

6. Operational missions

• Be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of establishments
• Be present during strategic services and periods of high activity

7. Reporting and strategic arbitration

• Identify structure and transmit key information to the Head of Operations
• Report on operational or strategic issues requiring arbitration
• Know how to engage the Head of Operations at the right time with discernment and relevance 

Qualifications :

PROFILE

Skills

• Proven experience as a Multisites Director and/or Director of large-capacity catering establishments.
• Understanding of processes and high service standards.
• Strong operational economic and organizational culture

Interpersonal skills

• Natural leadership and ability to bring people together
• Fluent in Italian and English 
• Adaptability diplomacy and interpersonal skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication
• Ability to anticipate needs identify risks and find solutions
