Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Immobiliare Residenziale Pineta sacchetti s.r.l. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Job Summary:

  • Manage the full guest journey: reservations check-in stay and check-out;
  • Provide a professional and personalized welcome in line with Marriott standards;
  • Handle phone calls emails and guest requests promptly and accurately;
  • Proactively resolve operational issues and guest complaints;
  • Manage guest requests throughout their stay ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction;
  • Handle payments cash operations and Front Office-related administrative procedures;
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure an efficient and seamless guest experience;
  • Follow hotel procedures and Marriott quality and safety standards;
  • Use hotel management systems and other tools required for Front Office operations.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Agent preferably in a hotel of a similar standard;
  • Solid knowledge of Front Office procedures and operations;
  • Good command of both Italian and English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong guest and service orientation;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage high-pressure situations;
  • Accuracy reliability and ability to work independently;
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS;
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience within an international hotel chain;
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
