Food & Beverage Internship (FMX)
Job Summary
Floor Service: Welcoming guests taking orders upselling and providing table service for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service basic drinks and serving appetizers.
Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties themed nights and live music sessions.
Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness organization and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports using CRM and operational system.
Qualifications :
Languages: Native Italian speaker; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions). A third language is a fantastic bonus.
Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility: Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.
