Radical Polymers - Radical Polymers R&I Chemist / Organic Chemist (Researcher)
MISSION
Drive the research and development of innovative products and processes to achieve sustainable and profitable growth by leveragingSyensqosproprietary technologies and discovering new advancements.
Develop as a scientific expert following the R&I dual career path (expert track).
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Comply withHSE and laboratory safety practices.
Drive R&I projects and ensure objectives areachievedand deadlines are met.
Design execute and lead experimental research at the laboratory and pilot scale.
Perform hands-on laboratory work developing and evaluating new synthetic approaches materials and processes.
Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and contribute to laboratory organization.
Developexpertisein fluorine organic chemistry radical polymerization and related technologies.
Generate innovative ideas and translate them into practical experimental programs.
Contribute to patent filings and scientific reports.
Collaborate closely with both internal (Production PAM RAPS CTD Marketing) and external partners ( universities).
Monitor scientific and technological developments competitors patents and emerging opportunities within the field.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ph.D. in Chemistry Organic Chemistry or relatedfield.
Knowledge of fluorine chemistry and radical polymerization is a plus.
SKILLS
Excellent organic chemistry knowledge with strong synthetic and mechanistic understanding.
Creative scientist with strong experimental intuition and problem-solving ability.
Passion for laboratory research and developing new chemistry through hands-on experimentation.
Demonstrated aptitude for experimental research and scientific innovation.
Curious self-motivated and persistent when tackling challenging research problems.
Adaptable collaborative and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Organized and able to independently drive research projects.
Fluent English.

Lo stipendio base annuo previsto per questa nuova assunzione in Italia è compreso tra 45.000 e 65.000 Euro.
La retribuzione effettiva sarà determinata in base a fattori quali competenze esperienza qualifiche ed equità interna e potrà essere superiore o inferiore alla fascia salariale indicata.
