As an Italian Customer Support Specialist you will act as a frontline brand ambassador ensuring our Italian-speaking clients receive exceptional assistance. Your day-to-day duties will revolve around:

• Multichannel Client Engagement: Responding to user inquiries across incoming phone calls emails and live chat with professionalism speed and care.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Methodically diagnosing technical issues or account-related inquiries guiding customers step-by-step toward complete resolutions.
• CRM Logging & Documentation: Maintaining clear precise records of customer communications feedback and open issue tickets within our central CRM database.
• Product Expertise: Staying up to date on software releases diagnostic tools and internal guidelines to offer accurate and reliable support at all times.
• Performance Metric Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) while preserving our high standards of service quality.

• Italian: Excellent fluent mastery across both spoken and written communication.
• English: Professional working command (B2 level or higher) to communicate effectively with internal leadership and international team members.

• Interpersonal Strengths: Superior verbal and written communication skills attentive active listening habits and an authentic customer-first mindset.
• Digital Agility: The ability to multitask smoothly across several web applications ticketing systems and database tools simultaneously.

We offer two customized compensation structures so you can select the living framework that best aligns with your preferences:

• Package Option A (Self-Managed Housing): A gross monthly salary of 1340 if you choose to find rent and fund your own apartment in Lisbon.
• Package Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of 1060 paired with dedicated corporate accommodation.
