Job Summary

Core Daily Responsibilities

As an Italian Customer Experience Specialist you will act as the primary voice of our brand ensuring our Italian-speaking client base receives exceptional service. Your everyday tasks will center on:

  • Omnichannel Engagement: Handling customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via live web chat incoming phone calls and email communications.
  • Problem Diagnosis & Resolution: Patiently troubleshooting technical glitches or account questions guiding users step-by-step toward complete resolution.
  • CRM Record Keeping: Keeping accurate detailed logs of client interactions user feedback and support tickets within our central CRM database.
  • Continuous Product Learning: Staying fully up to date on software releases diagnostic utilities and company guidelines to provide top-quality support.
  • Performance Metric Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your assigned individual performance goals (KPIs) while maintaining our high standards of service.
Candidate Qualifications
Language Requirements
  • Italian: Fluent high-level proficiency in both spoken and written formats.
  • English: Professional working command (B2 level minimum) for effective communication with corporate leadership and international team members.

Compensation Packages & Accommodation Setup

We provide two distinct salary structures designed to match your individual living preferences in Lisbon:

  • Package Option A (Self-Managed Housing): A gross monthly salary of 1340 if you prefer to locate secure and pay for your own accommodation.
  • Package Option B (Company-Provided Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of 1060 combined with dedicated corporate housing.
