GROUPS & EVENTS INTERN
Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern to join the Events Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and manage the organization of events
- Handle client relations by gathering information and specific requests
- Support the planning and conceptualization of events
- Research and allocate spaces to exhibitors
- Collaborate with internal departments (F&B housekeeping front office) to ensure efficient service
- Carry out internal reporting activities
- Prepare promotional and illustrative materials
- Create and send service orders (BEO Banquet Event Orders)
Requirements:
- Precision organization and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- English and Italian fluent proficiency
