Euronext Securities Register & AGM services, intern

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets We are looking for a Register Operations Intern to join the Euronext Securities team. The position will be based in Milan.

Gross reimbursement : 800 euros and ticket restaurant

Minimum 6 months internship

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting accounting for ordinary and extraordinary transactions
• Assisting with the discharge and diagnostics of flows from intermediaries including operational management tasks such as printing registers and stamping operations
• Helping maintain the Shareholders Register warehouse and performing secretarial operations
• Supporting custody operations and basic activities related to the organisation and management of shareholder and stockholder meetings
• Providing general operational support to the team as required

Your profile:

• Studies in accounting or a bachelors degree in economics (or currently enrolled)
• Good proficiency with office tools mainly Excel
• Propensity for teamwork and collaboration
• Organised and methodical approach to tasks
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management
• Basic understanding of legal principles
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
