Euronext Securities Functional Analyst Data Automation Messaging, internship

Are you passionate about technology data and financial services Join Euronext Securities as a Functional Analyst Intern within our Software Factory team. You will be part of the Data Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team supporting the development of innovative solutions for our four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Milan Copenhagen Porto and Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment at the heart of Europes capital markets.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements related to data robotic process automation (RPA) and messaging processes
• Contributing to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements
• Learning and applying functional analysis methodologies and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Assisting in conducting gap analyses and documenting solution options
• Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Helping to prepare project updates and status reports
• Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications and user stories

Your profile:

• Masters degree in Engineering Mathematics Economics or a related field (or currently enrolled)
• Strong interest in functional/business analysis data RPA and financial services
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive attitude curiosity and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English (written and spoken)
