Partner with the best
In this role you will contribute to the strategic plan of the EE business unit with focus on Quality. As a EE Quality Initiatives Program Manager you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the implementation and update of EE Quality Plan making sure projects and their impact are accurately identified described shared across impacted functions and leadership up to date.

• Highlighting potential roadblocks identify risks mitigation actions and involve the Team and Leadership to get well plans.

• Driving specific Quality Initiatives as Program Manager developing an integrated program plan across all functions with milestones deliverables resources

• Leading the cross-functional team with clear roles and responsibilities leveraging key Experts within the Organization to drive program efficiency and with dedicated operating rhythms to guarantee accurate and timely execution.

• Providing updates to Leadership being able to present program status benefits risks mitigation actions

• Proactively contributing towards EE Quality Continuous improvements collaborating with Cross-functional Teams.

• Identifying improvements opportunities and present Business case to sustain their development. Contribute in LRP submission through accurate ideas description and benefits evaluation.
  

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.

• Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management or Finance or Quality Management

• Fluency in English

• Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

• Ability to document plan market and execute programs. Established project management skills.
