Topcon is looking for an Earthmoving Application Specialist to join our Professional Services Earth Moving team in Italy

In this role you will support Topcon distribution partners and end users across EMEA combining technical expertise training capability and hands-on application knowledge to drive the adoption of Topcon Earth Moving solutions.

• Provide technical and application support for machine control and earthmoving solutions across EMEA.
• Deliver online and in-person training at our Topcon training centre in Concordia for dealers key accounts and end users.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable health safety and environmental regulations maintaining a safe training environment in accordance with Italian legislation and company policies.
• Support Earthworks applications Sitelink3D Geo Positioning and related construction workflows.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Sales Product Management Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Prepare product demos presentations training content and eLearning materials.
• Support events customer activities and on-site demonstrations from a technical perspective.

• Background in Geodesy Survey Engineering Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or a similar field.
• More than 5 years of experience in survey applications construction roadworks agriculture control applications or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey/construction software.
• Excellent communication training and presentation skills both online and in person.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites.
• Attractive salary from 50K Euro to 60K Euro gross Yearly company Car

Location: Topcon Facility Centre Concordia sulla Secchia Modena Italy

Hybrid model: 3 days per week at the Topcon facility and 2 days working from home
