As our Distribution Service Engineer - Italy you will help our partners and customers get the very best from our solutions while supporting a fast-moving and collaborative service environment. Curious what this is all about Lets dive right in:

• Manage hotline and ticket support for distributors installers and end users across the Italian market.
• Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.
• Support onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager.
• Join selected pre-sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
• Create and maintain FAQs online learning content and technical documentation for the region.
• Prepare regular service and performance reports for weekly monthly quarterly and annual review cycles.

• You hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in after-sales technical support or service within PV ESS O&M or a similar energy-related environment.
• You have a strong interest in clean-tech and enjoy helping customers solve technical challenges.
• You communicate confidently in Italian and English at C1 level and Chinese would be a plus.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new tools and internal systems.
• You work in an independent focused and adaptable way in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You are open to occasional travel around 5 to 10% within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
