What youll achieve

As a Digital Transformation Solution Consulting Manager you will play a key role in supporting the growth adoption and successful deployment of the Dedalus Command Centre platform across healthcare organizations throughout Italy.

Dedalus Command Centre is a strategic product within the company designed with an AI-centric philosophy to help hospitals and healthcare systems improve operational intelligence capacity management patient flow and real-time decision making.

Working with a highly skilled team you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for:

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic ambassador for the Dedalus Command Centre platform promoting its operational transformation value across healthcare organizations.
• Lead customer engagements through executive presentations demonstrations workshops and operational use-case discussions articulating the platforms value proposition and business impact.
• Support regional business growth by identifying new opportunities developing value-based business cases and ROI models and contributing to sales proposal and RFP activities.
• Drive customer adoption and long-term success by helping healthcare organizations implement data-driven operational workflows KPI frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive clinical operational and technical stakeholders supporting account development and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product delivery and customer-facing teams to ensure successful solution adoption while providing market and customer insights to support ongoing innovation.

Essential Requirements

• Strong understanding of hospital operations patient flow capacity management and healthcare operational challenges.
• Experience developing ROI models business cases and value-based propositions.
• Knowledge of operational intelligence analytics workflow optimization and healthcare transformation methodologies.
• Experience engaging with healthcare executives clinical leaders operational stakeholders and technical teams.
• Fluency in English.

The minimum Base Salary for this role is 37.79113 with classification at level A1 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
