The Digital Store E-commerce Junior Trader supports QVC Italy managing the e-Commerce strategy for assigned categories to deliver the sales plan across all digital platforms (Website & App).
This includes developingexecutingand analyzing the e-Commerce strategy for brandsto drivethe online business;meetsales and newcustomersgoals. Ensures a cohesive strategy for products and categories by setting thecategorypriorities and initiatives.
Where Youll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our offices inBrugherio(MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What Youll Do
Reporting to the Digital Store E-Commerce Supervisor you will:
Be accountable to achieve sales plans for assigned categories.
You willbe responsible forcollaborating with the Merchandising team to build a calendar of promotionsforbrand and product visibilitytosupport the assigned categories.
Collaborate with the On-Site Optimization / Personalization / Programming team to plan and developnew salesand promotional approaches for the e-commerce channels.
React to business opportunities and challengesin order tomaximize salesmonitoringKPIs (Web Sales sessions CR CTR...).
Experiment withdifferent typesof offers depending on the customer audience (existing and new customers)maintainingknowledge of competitors to driveinnovationtoinspirenew ways of working and best practices.
Analyze and recap by presenting the category sales and content online strategy in all relevant business meetings.
Manages content resources for videophotographyand online assets.
What Youll Bring
Degree in EconomicsMarketingor equivalent.
At least 2 years of exposure to multichannel and ecommerce businesses.
Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics Tableau Reader Office Suite (good Excel knowledge).
Good understanding of digital KPIs (Web Sales Sessions visits CR CTR bounce rate etc..).
Ability to manage and lead large scale projects across multiple lines of the business.
Excellent interpersonal skills andanability to work in a team environment.
Mustexhibitcustomer focusgood timemanagement skills a professionaldemeanorandpositiveattitude.
Native Italian and English fluent.
