What youll do
- Support customers of a UK digital bank by phone chat and email
- Resolve account and service enquiries clearly and handle complaints with empathy
- Share customer feedback to improve products and service and work closely with your team
What were looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in banking financial services or insurance (8 months can be considered)
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts
