As a key leader within our high jewellery maison you will play a pivotal role in driving sales ensuring an exceptional client experience and supporting the overall operational excellence of the boutique.

What are we expecting from you

• Drive turnover by maximizing sales and fostering strong customer loyalty ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with our high standards.
• Oversee product presentation handle customer disputes and manage special orders collaborating with operational departments for smooth execution.
• Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team fostering a positive work environment managing schedules and ensuring a strong shopfloor presence.
• Implement and monitor clienteling strategies including customer development objectives gifting and effective use of sales support tools.
• Manage the financial administrative and audit aspects of the store including cash transactions stock control inventories and after-sales service operations.
• Ensure compliance with all business practices and procedures manage general housekeeping and liaise with House and Group support services.
• Analyze commercial and financial performance prepare weekly reports and contribute to the business plan for positive impact.

Are you a good match

• Previous experience in luxury retail preferably within fine jewellery or high-end products with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to support motivate and develop a team.
• Strong understanding and proven experience in clienteling.
• Excellent organizational administrative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial and stock management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers gaining their trust and respect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must
