Role Overview
Vivienne Westwood Srl is looking for a motivated professional to join our Customer Service Department as a Data Analyst B2B Customer Service & Logistics. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Care Manager and the Head of Logistics & Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-allocation of inbound deliveries and share loading priorities with the external 3PL warehouse to ensure timely stock intake and processing;
- Allocate stock and create delivery orders for inventory held at the external 3PL warehouse;
- Prepare weekly outbound shipment forecasts for the external 3PL warehouse;
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and manage end-of-season stock transfers from in-season locations to outlet and old-stock locations coordinating closely with Planning and Operations teams to allocate any carry-over surplus inventory to support future business requirements;
- Create and update weekly reporting and analyses to monitor shipping performance across Retail E-commerce and Wholesale channels;
- Prepare and maintain the monthly end-of-month delivery comparison report analyzing shipment performance versus the previous season across all product categories and distribution channels;
- Develop ad hoc reports in close collaboration with the Customer Service Manager ensuring that all requests for shipping performance data and analysis from internal stakeholders and senior management are delivered accurately and with the required level of detail;
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with the following departments: Customer Service Planning Inbound & Outbound Logistics Quality Control Buying and E-commerce.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian are essential
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills high attention to detail a collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with SAP ERP will be considered a strong advantage
