We are currently looking for aCustomer Technical Support Specialist -Intern who will have theopportunityto learn how to conducteffective remote support on applicative hardware and IT-related issues.

With her/histutorshe/he will be able tonavigatecomplex issues toa greaterlevel of technical support or quality reporting systemsupporting customer addition at the end of the training process he/she will be able todemonstratethe ability toutilizecritical thinking and analysis to make decisions solve problems and implement solutionscommunicateopenlyand create empathy withcustomersand colleagues.

This is a temporary position.

This is an on-site role requiring regular physical presence in the office; while we offer flexibility candidates should enjoy working in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities (within the tutors guide):

• ProvideremoteTechnicalSupportspanningthrough applicative hardware and IT-related issues on diagnostic instrumentation.

• Assure compliancewithmanaged customer interactionsrecording required data as per Company policies.

• Escalate complex issuesfollowing thedispatch process as needed.

Key Requirements:

• GraduatingBiomedical Engineering Biology/Biotechnologyis preferable.

• Proficient English is mandatory.

• Good communicationand interpersonal skills both in English and Italian.
