- Be involved in projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence
- Conduct advanced analyses (market competitive financial) to support data-driven decision-making
- Take ownership and lead specific sub-workstreams within client projects delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations
- Present findings and insights confidently to internal (and potentially client) stakeholders
- Support the project team to develop strategies solutions and actionable recommendations for our clients
- Collaborate with international teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Outstanding academic performance in business management economics industrial engineering or a related field
- 13 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Fluency in business English and Italian both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau Alteryx Python) is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset high motivation and eagerness to grow personally and professionally
- Proven ability to collaborate in dynamic and international environments
