In your role as Communication & Digital Support you will work closely with the Marketing and HR teams providing support in the following activities:

Communication activities:

• Support the implementation of the central internal communication plan in Italy working with the Southern Europe team and propose local communication initiatives.
• Support the Viva Engage editorial calendar translate and adapt central communications and posts and publish content on the Italy Viva Engage page.
• Support the HR team with internal communications related to the transition to the new coffee company (name change new values etc.) and the organization of company events (National Convention Coffee Day DE&I Christmas etc.).
• Support the development of a LinkedIn employee ambassador program including identifying ambassadors and creating posts.
• Support the preparation of Italy Coffee Talks sharing relevant topics initiatives and best practices from across the Cluster.

Digital activities:

• Support the creation and implementation of editorial plans for LOR and HAG social media pages working with local and global agencies
• Support the development of LOR brand presence on TikTok
• Support community management of LOR and HAG social media pages responding to consumers and encouraging engagement
• Work closely with the Marketing team to support the promotion and sponsorship of social media content and the creation of marketing assets

Qualifications :

For this role as a Communication & Digital Support were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Have a degree in Communication Marketing or a related field
• Be a native Italian speaker and fluent in English
• Have a strong interest in social media digital marketing and internal communication
• Be familiar with social media platforms (including Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok) and content creation tools
• Be familiar with video editing software (CapCut Clipchamp iMovie)
• Have good Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with AI or other digital content tools is a plus
• Be creative proactive and organized with good writing and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in teams
• Have a passion for content creation photography and videography (a plus)

Additional Information :

Internship for 6 months starting in January 2027 position based in Milan (hybrid work)                           

Internship package includes: 80000 gross monthly allowance; company canteen
