Concentrix Italy islooking for oru Client aChannel Sales Junior Specialistfocused on theindirect sales channel(partners and distributors) to drive business growth through joint commercial and marketing initiatives. This role will manage planning activities sales reporting and ensure compliance with partner program requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Organize and executeJoint Business Planning (JBP)andJoint Marketing Planning (JMP)activities with partners.
- Participate inquarterly business reviewsandweekly performance reviewswith the dedicated team.
- Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives for the indirect channel.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners within the assigned region.
- Prepare and managemonthly Point of Sales (POS)and inventory reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with program guidelines.
- Monitor partner performance and KPIs ensuring adherence to program rules and benefit eligibility.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics Business Management or related fields.
- Previous experience inIT environmentsor withtechnology vendorsis preferred.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner programs.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
