Chief Finance & Risk Officer (CFRO)
Shape the future of sustainable mobility with GATE
Join a new venture at the forefront of Europes transition to low- and zero-emission commercial transport.
GATE Mobility (Green & Advanced Transport Ecosystem) a joint venture between DLL International BV (a global asset finance company headquartered in Eindhoven the Netherlands) and Iveco Group (a global automotive and transport manufacturing company headquartered in Turin Italy) supports the transition to low- and zero-emission commercial vehicles through flexible rental and financing solutions. Headquartered in Italy and currently also active in Germany and France GATE aims to expand further across Europe.
At GATE you will help build the financial foundation for scalable sustainable mobility solutions. The venture combines DLLs financing expertise with Ivecos commercial vehicle leadership to make the energy transition more accessible flexible and commercially viable for customers.
This is an opportunity to shape a new European platform influence strategic growth and work with experienced professionals across finance mobility and partnerships to deliver long-term impact.

Day to day:
Contribute to the Management board strategy definitions and execution
Define and deliver Finance & Risk strategy aligned with GATEs objectives and growth plans.
Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting pricing governance and performance.
Establish risk governance across credit liquidity market asset and operational risk.
Oversee residual value and asset-risk exposure across the portfolio.
Ensure regulatory compliance internal control effectiveness and audit readiness.
Align financial policies and risk appetite between OEM and financial institution shareholders.
Oversee accounting treasury tax credit compliance and corporate affairs activities.
Build strategic partnerships and lead an accountable high-performing Finance & Risk organization.

Essentials:
Executive leadership experience across finance and risk in leasing banking captive finance or regulated financial services.
Operational leasing expertise and commercial insight to support strategic development and scalable growth.
Strategic leadership and hands-on capability to establish finance risk governance and control frameworks from inception.
Advanced expertise in financial structuring capital management treasury liquidity and strategic financial planning.
Senior risk management experience across credit market liquidity and regulatory risk disciplines.
Strong command of regulatory frameworks including Basel IFRS 16 and EBA guidelines.
Executive stakeholder management across regulators auditors OEMs banking partners and leadership teams.
Track record leading multidisciplinary Finance Risk Compliance and related functions at senior level.
Strategic judgment to balance growth governance capital efficiency and long-term value creation.
Willingness to stay regularly / live in (proximity of) Turin Italy
Speak Italian or willingness to learn Italian
Extras:
