Carhartt WIP Outlet Ferrara Sales Assistant 20 hrs fixed term (mfx)

Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past three decades our business has developed organically along with its customers the culture that surrounds the brand and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

For our outlet in Ferrara we are looking for you as Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for 20 hours per week on a fixed term contract.

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Confidence drive and enthusiasm
• Fluent in Italian and English advantageous
