Camerierea ai piani

Segue le direttive della Governante ai piani e si occupa di:
- pulire e mettere in ordine le camere e gli spazi comuni
- effettuare il rinnovo giornaliero della biancheria riassettare la camera e riordinare gli oggetti e/o gli effetti
personali del cliente
- turn down service in fascia serale
- verificare lo stato della camera e linventario di quanto vi è in dotazione quando lospite è in partenza
- effettuare il rapportino giornaliero con la Governante

Follows the directives of the housekeeper on the floors and takes care of:
- clean and tidy up the rooms and common areas
- carry out the daily renewal of the linen rearrange the room and rearrange the objects and / or effects customers personal
- turn down service in the evening
- check the status of the room and the inventory of what is supplied when the guest is leaving
- carry out the daily report with the housekeeper

Qualifications :

- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno maturata in ruolo analogo in un contesto di lavoro similare o locali di alta gamma
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
- Professionalità flessibilità precisione responsabilità e velocità nel servizio predisposizione al lavoro di Squadra

At least 1 year experience gained in a similar role in a similar work context or high-level premises range
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Professionalism flexibility precision responsibility and speed in the service team working
