Business Processes Consultant SAP Procurement

The consultant supportscustomerproject activities across the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design support configuration activities testing and customer enablement. Exposure to commercial and delivery aspects of consulting engagements helps build a solid foundation for future growth within SAP Consulting.

Business Process Consulting

• Support customers throughout the lifecycle of SAP Ariba implementations.

• Contribute to solution design activities leveraging SAP Ariba best practices.

• Assistin documenting business processes requirements and functional designs.

• Support customer workshops and meetings with preparationfollowups and documentation.

• Build positive working relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.

• Apply industry and business understanding to support solution recommendations.

• Communicate effectively with customer project teams functional and technical stakeholders.

• Make sound decisions withinownscope escalating whenappropriate.

Project Support

• Support one or more workstreams under guidance from senior consultants.

• Act as a liaison between customers and SAP internal teams for assigned tasks.

• Contribute to status reporting and project documentation.

• Identify potential risks or issues and proactively raise them to project leads.

• Support testing cutover preparation and user enablement activities.

SAP Ariba & Solution Knowledge

• Ability and willingness to quickly learn SAP Ariba solutions and procurement processes.

• Basic understanding ofendtoendSourcetoPayprocesses.

• Interest in building solution and industry knowledge through training andhandsonexperience.

• Ability to structure information and contribute to clear solution documentation.

• Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience in procurement consulting business process consulting or related roles.

• Basic knowledge of procurement operations and/oreprocurementtools.

• First experience supporting workshops and customer interactions.

• Analytical mindset withproblemsolvingskills.

• Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 3040%).

NicetoHave

• Exposure to SAP Ariba and/or SAP ERP (MM SRM S/4HANA).

• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Experience working in international or matrix organizations.

• Additional European languages (French German etc.).
