Position: Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40$44/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns documenting the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure models handle sensitive topics effectively.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian plus business-level written English.
• Bachelors degree completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region.
• Experience reviewing grading or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety content moderation policy evaluation or adversarial testing.
