What Youll Do- Create and serve cocktails spirits wines and beverages with precision creativity and style.
- Deliver engaging and personalized service that reflects the bold personality of W Hotels.
- Build genuine connections with guests anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area.
- Prepare fresh garnishes stock supplies and ensure everything is ready to deliver a seamless service.
- Process transactions accurately and responsibly handle cash and payment procedures.
- Contribute to the energy and atmosphere of the venue helping create memorable guest experiences every day.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a bar cocktail bar lounge restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Passion for mixology beverages and guest engagement.
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Team player mindset with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
