YellowSquare is looking for a Bartender/Waiter (Square Enthusiast)!

YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Bartender/Waiter (Mixité position). We are primarily looking for someone who feels right at home behind the bar but who is also open to handling reception tasks when needed (dont worry well show you how!). Youll be at the heart of the guest experience keeping the energy high behind the counter and helping out at front desk.

What youll be doing:

• Serving up drinks coffee and good vibes: chatting with guests and being the life of the party behind the bar;
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs (well teach you our reception software and routines);
• Promoting hostel events and local experiences to make every guests stay unforgettable;
• Being a proactive problem-solver jumping in to help with whatever comes upfrom city tips to last-minute events;
• Cooperating with the whole team to keep operations smooth across both the bar and front desk.

What you should bring:

• Solid experience as a Barista Waiter or Bartender (at least 1 year in similar roles);
• High proficiency in spoken Italian and English (other languages are a huge plus!);
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule including nights and weekends;
• Team spirit and hospitality mindset: you love interacting with people from all over the world.

Note: If you lack extensive bar experience but your energy and motivation make up for it reach out anyway! We value personality as much as a CV.
