Banking Partnership Support Intern

Worldline seeks a detail-oriented Banking Partnership Support Intern to drive operational excellence by managing sales documentation financial reporting and procurement processes (PR/PO/GRN). You will facilitate client and partner relations support complex RFP/RFI cycles and collaborate with transversal teams to optimize commercial performance. The role requires a proactive approach to project support and legal compliance ensuring the highest standards of quality in our digital payment solutions. You will thrive by leveraging your organizational skills to enhance internal processes and contribute to our sustainable economic growth.

Commercial Activities:

• Preparation of presentations
• Support in Business Case development
• Support in the preparation of proposal documents (tenders/bids)
• Involvement in RFI/RFP processes
• Participation in client/prospect calls
• Support in contract negotiations

Partner Support Activities:

• Liaison with operational departments regarding client requests

Administrative Activities:

• Creation and management of PR/PO/GRN (Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Goods Receipt Notes)
• Support for supplier inquiries
• Monitoring and management of certified emails (PEC)

Project Activities:

• Support across various projects (e.g. NS ARF AUI)

Reporting:

• Preparation of financial reports ad hoc reports (upon request) commercial performance tracking and Business Review data

Miscellaneous:

• Support for Legal department requests (including investigative authorities and complaint management)

• Masters Degree in Economics or in STEM fields
