Associate Manager Tenders & Contracts Capital Divisions

What you will do

• Define and implement strategies for tenders contracts and related business processes aligned with commercial priorities

• Lead coach and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists monitoring performance through defined KPIs and engagement indicators

• Manage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle ensuring timely submission compliance and high-quality deliverables

• Drive strategic decision-making by integrating competitive insights scenario analysis and performance tracking (win/loss ratios pipeline conversion)

• Influence cross-functional stakeholders (sales marketing compliance legal) to strengthen business decisions and outcomes

• Ensure full compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and internal policies

• Monitor and optimize pipeline contract governance and risk management frameworks to support business planning

• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives (standardization simplification digitalization) to increase efficiency and scalability

What you need

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Economics Law Public Administration or related field

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial operations customer service compliance legal process management tenders/contracts or similar areas

• Proven people management experience with direct team responsibility and a strong focus on team engagement and development

• Proven experience improving business processes or leading change initiatives

• Fluent in Italian and English

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments

• Exposure to contract management or public procurement frameworks

• Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations

• Italy: 45.500 - 75.800 EUR Annual
