Assistant F&B Director (MFNB)

THE MISSION 

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you. 

• Youll assist the F&B Director at managing the catering department (restaurant bar and work/event spaces). 
• In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.  
• As the true right hand of the F&B Director you recruit supervise and take on many other responsibilities. You take the reins in their absence! 
• You ensure compliance with the law; youre watch at Mama is never over.  
• You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!

• Detail is important to you nothing is lacking thanks to your sense of organisation and anticipation. 

• You know how to drive sales without turning into the Wolf of Wall Street.  

• You are a diplomat and know how to bring the entire team together. 

• You know how to identify talents and develop them; red chair and buzzer: its your turn!  

• You know how to mobilize the necessary resources (Human Financial & Administrative) to succeed in your mission. 

• You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships and they love you! 

• You want to be at the heart of the action with your team and not always alone at your office.  

• You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.
