Asset Management Marketing Associate

Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Director for Italy and Greece you will be based full-time at our Italian headquarters in Milan partnering closely with our Marketing Centres of Excellence in London and local business stakeholders.
As an Asset Management Marketing Associate within the Italy Marketing teamyou will combine strong operational execution with hands-on contribution to campaigns content and client-focused initiatives - helping deliver an exceptional experience for investors and intermediaries in a regulated fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the local team driving business performance and ensuring operational excellence across strategic analytical and executional activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the governance around Partnership Programs (planning stakeholder alignment approvals reporting cadence) while supporting the day-to-day marketing operations to keep the engine running smoothly.
- Manage and update websites and client collateral ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance adherence.Coordinate Client Advisor materials (including presentations) managing translations version control and compliance sign-offwith a strong focus on clarity and narrative quality.
- Own and maintain our marketing presence on relevant third-party platforms and websites showcasing product ranges and educational content effectively.
- Support the planning and execution of sponsorships and events including coordination content development and follow-up to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and strengthen strategic client relationships providing marketing solutions and comprehensive support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Graduate degree in Economics or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within asset management or the funds industry
- Knowledge of the Italian retail investors market and its dynamics as well as of the Italian Fund industry
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

- Strong analytical organisational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex information into clear client-facing content.
- Proactive self-starting mindset; comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM tools).
The job grading and the related economic treatment within the above-mentioned pay range will be determined in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro) for middle managers (quadri direttivi) and professional staff employed by banking financial and ancillary companies (the CCNL available at the followinglink ) applicable to the employment relationship pursuant to the provisions set out in Articles VI and XIII (if quadro)/XIV (if non quadro) of the CCNL and on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria consistent with the role relevant professional experience required skills and the type of contract.
