What will your role be 

We are looking for an AI & Data Engineerto perform the following activities: 

• Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions including multi-step workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Develop Advanced RAG and Document Processing pipelines for extracting and processing information from complex business documentation.
• Integrate and orchestrate local/on-premise LLMs within internal infrastructure ensuring secure and confidential data processing.
• Design and develop ETL data processing and Machine Learning solutions in Python leveraging Pandas NumPy and Scikit-learn.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies 

• Generative AI & Agentic Workflows: proven experience in designing multi-step stateful workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Advanced RAG & Document Processing: experience implementing hybrid RAG pipelines for the ingestion and extraction of unstructured data from complex documentation including contract PDFs tender specifications and technical commissioning reports.
• Local LLM / On-Premise Integration: ability to orchestrate and integrate locally hosted/on-premise LLMs running on internal infrastructure ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive contractual data.
• ETL & Machine Learning (Python): strong proficiency in advanced Python including Pandas NumPy and Scikit-learn for processing and transforming heterogeneous data and developing predictive and quantitative models.
