Aero Alliance Global Engineering Leader

Essential Responsibilities

• This is a leadership position covering multiple sites within the Aero Alliance JV and reporting to the CEO
• As the Aero Alliance Joint Venture Engineering Leader you will be responsible for creating global L4 and L5 engineering requirements developing engineering processes building a world class engineering organization and coordinating with GE Aerospace GE Vernova Baker Hughes and our customers to optimize SQDC deliverables
• Own engineering processes including but not limited to Gate 0 router creation component repair repair development and engine configuration
• Learn/leverage and standardize best practices within the AAJV with our channels partners with GE Aerospace and across the broader industry
• Lead mentor and develop others in areas of focus/expertise
• Establish a formal cadence with each AAJV function for engineering support

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college; or equivalent experience
• Proven significant leadership experience spanning Engineering with a proven track record of implementing SQDC improvements
• Experience creating an engineering organization
