As an Accounting Clerk you will support the Finance team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. From processing invoices and reconciling accounts to supporting month-end activities youll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the hotel while contributing to an exceptional associate and guest experience.

• Process and verify invoices payments and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott International policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Support audits and provide requested documentation when required.

• Previous experience in Accounting Finance or related administrative roles.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.
• Positive attitude curiosity and a willingness to learn.
