We are looking for an Account Manager.

As an Account Manager youll be the human bridge between our services and our clients from individual professionals to large corporations. Youll turn inbound interest into lasting relationships understand what each client really needs and make sure they receive service they trust and want to come back to. Its a role built on conversations curiosity and follow-through and one designed to grow quickly for the right person.

Client Relationships: turn inbound interest into long-term partnerships by listening well understanding each clients context and proposing solutions that fit.

Portfolio Care: oversee the health satisfaction and profitability of your client portfolio spotting natural opportunities to help clients do more with us over time.

Account Development: strengthen relationships with existing clients and grow their value through genuine understanding rather than hard selling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and an excellent experience end to end.

Performance Tracking: learn to read the signals that show how your clients are doing (retention satisfaction growth) and use them to decide where to focus.

Client Experience: a first experience working directly with end clients ideally selling services or something similar so you already know what it means to be on the front line with a customer. We dont expect a long track record but we do want someone who has been there.

The Right Attitude: curious flexible and genuinely energized by talking to people and helping them solve real problems. You listen more than you pitch.

Ambition and Drive: eager to grow comfortable at a fast pace and ready to take ownership of your results.

Smart and Adaptable: quick to learn able to manage multiple priorities without losing the thread and calm when priorities shift.

Collaborative Mindset: proven ability to do your best work with others caring about the outcome rather than the credit.

Language Skills: fluent in English with proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian German or French preferred).

Cultural Competence: comfortable working effectively in multicultural environments with a diverse range of clients.

Based on a standard level of experience the offered salary typically ranges between 28.00000 and 40.00000. The actual package depends on factors such as location scope of responsibilities and performance. Compensation generally grows quickly as experience leads to greater contributions. Exceptionally strong candidates may be offered salaries above this range to acknowledge their higher potential impact.
