VP of Marketing

Were hiring a Vice President of Marketing to build and lead a modern marketing function during a critical growth phase in a real estate and professional services environment enhanced by technology. You will define how the company goes to market as it expands and rolls out new tech-enabled offerings.

• Define positioning messaging and go-to-market strategy
• Build and manage the marketing foundation: brand website and tech stack
• Launch and scale demand generation across content digital and paid channels
• Own SEO and emerging AI-driven discoverability strategies
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline creation conversion and enablement
• Develop scalable growth channels (partners referrals campaigns)
• Track performance through clear KPIs tied to the pipeline and ROI

• 7 years of B2B marketing experience including leadership
• Proven success in building or scaling a marketing function
• Strong expertise in demand generation content and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot)
• Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced growth-oriented environments
