Systems Engineer Electronics

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing advanced tracking and control solutions. This position is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a broad system-level perspective and enjoys leading complex development efforts from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for advanced tracking and control system development projects including planning execution monitoring and coordination across engineering disciplines.

• Manage R&D project schedules resources budgets and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary technical interface with customers supporting design reviews system demonstrations testing activities and project integration efforts.

• Define and maintain overall system architecture for complex multidisciplinary systems.

• Develop and oversee system hardware and software requirements specifications and technical documentation.

• Participate in system integration verification validation and performance testing activities.

• Support electrical and interface design between system components and subsystems.

• Collaborate closely with software hardware mechanical and integration teams to ensure successful system implementation.

Qualifications

• . or . in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.

• Additional studies or certification in Systems Engineering is an advantage.

• 2-5 years of experience in multidisciplinary product development environments.

• Experience managing technical projects across multiple phases of development.

• Strong background in requirements definition specification writing and technical documentation in English.

• Experience in complex system architecture and design.

• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn independently.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Fluent English proficiency both written and spoken.
