Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity
Were looking for a hands-on Programmatic Trader to join our team at Tel Aviv.
This role is responsible for setting up managing optimizing and analyzing campaigns running through Nexxens DSP with a focus on performance user acquisition and client KPIs.
The ideal candidate has strong operational skills analytical thinking and a good understanding of the programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystem. Experience with MMPs attribution data campaign optimization and DSP platforms is highly preferred.
What Youll Do:
Set up launch monitor and optimize campaigns across Nexxens DSP.
Manage campaigns across mobile CTV video display and app inventory.
Optimize toward client KPIs such as CPI CPA ROAS retention registrations purchases and LTV.
Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities across supply audience creatives bids pacing and budget allocation.
Work with internal sales and account teams to understand client goals and translate them into campaign strategy.
Monitor daily performance delivery pacing win rates bid strategy and post-install/post-click performance.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery tracking attribution creative and measurement issues.
Work with MMPs and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer Adjust Singular Branch or Kochava.
Prepare performance reports insights and recommendations for internal and client-facing discussions.
Collaborate with product data supply and technical teams to improve campaign outcomes.
Maintain high operational standards and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
What will I bring
2 years of experience in programmatic trading campaign management ad operations mobile UA or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience working with DSPs ad platforms or programmatic buying tools.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data reports dashboards and campaign KPIs.
Understanding of MMPs attribution postback data event tracking and conversion measurement.
Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance signals and business goals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with sales account and technical teams.
Fluent English.
Familiarity with SKAN privacy-safe measurement incrementality and modeled attribution.
Experience with gaming sports fintech subscription entertainment or e-commerce apps.
SQL Excel/Google Sheets BI tools or basic data analysis skills.
Experience optimizing toward ROAS retention purchase events or other post-install KPIs.
