• Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns promotions and partnership activities.
• Manage marketing operations including coupon codes benefits and campaign-related assets.
• Coordinate and execute strategic marketing collaborations and partner campaigns end-to-end.
• Help execute campaigns with technical setup segmentation and reporting support.
• Analyze performance metrics across web app email partnerships and events.
• Build reports and support decision-making using Excel Mixpanel Braze and additional marketing tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.

• Background in an advertising agency.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics Mixpanel Braze or similar marketing platforms.
• Exposure to Marketing Automation tools and customer journey workflows.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows productivity or marketing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing Business Economics Communications or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Operations Marketing Analytics Advertising or a related field (outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• High ownership motivation and willingness to learn.
• Curiosity and passion for AI tools and new technologies - Must
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
