About The Role
We are seeking an innovative hands-on and strategic technology leader to serve as our global IT Team Leader based in Tel Aviv Israel. This role owns the entire company technology function across our sites leading a globally distributed IT team and overseeing the systems identity endpoints and IT services that support 150 employees. The IT Team Lead will balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership drive AI-centric transformation establish the security and governance frameworks needed for safe AI adoption own the global IT roadmap and budget and partner closely with senior leadership to scale a lean high-performing IT organization.
What Youll Do
- Global Leadership & Strategy: Own the global IT function end-to-end including strategy roadmap budget and execution across all regions (U.S. Israel Remote) while leading a distributed team setting global standards and driving operational efficiency cost optimization and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identity Access & Endpoint Management: Own the enterprise identity and access ecosystem (Okta Google Workspace RBAC lifecycle management) and endpoint management stack (Jamf) driving standardization automation and seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences across all employees.
- AI Adoption & AI Security: Lead the safe adoption of AI across the organization by defining governance security and usage policies while championing AI-first IT operations through automation and AI-powered tooling to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Security Compliance & Risk: Partner closely with the Security team to enforce zero-trust principles and identity-driven security support SOC 2 / HIPAA compliance and own IT-related incident response and protection of our systems globally.
- IT Operations & Employee Experience: Own global IT operations including SLA delivery SaaS governance and asset lifecycle management while continuously improving employee experience through automation self-service and scalable support models across regions.
Requirements:
Experience
- 5 years of progressive IT experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS cloud or AI-first technology company.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams and operating across multiple regions and time zones is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Deep hands-on expertise with Okta - SAML (SSO) Groups Rules Workflows lifecycle automation and SaaS integrations.
- Strong administration of Google Workspace at scale - Gmail Drive security and access management.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF (MDM platform) for endpoint management.
- Experience administering and integrating modern SaaS portfolios (e.g. Slack Zoom Atlassian Hubspot NetSuite HiBob or similar).
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals identity protocols and endpoint security.
AI & Security Acumen
- Working familiarity with enterprise AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise Claude Gemini Copilot or domain-specific copilots) and a genuine interest in adopting and governing them at scale.
- Awareness of AI-related security risks - shadow AI data leakage to LLMs third-party AI vendor risk - and the curiosity to grow this expertise as the field evolves.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.
