Instructional Design and Product Education Manager

Locations: Tel Aviv Petach Tikva

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement learning programs that support organizational goals product adoption professional development and operational excellence.

• Own the end-to-end design and production of learning assets including:

  • e-learning courses

  • instructional videos

  • hands-on labs and simulations

  • certification programs

  • facilitator guides

  • learner resources

  • digital learning content

• Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance learning design content creation personalization and learner engagement.

• Evaluate and implement innovative learning solutions that improve scalability and learning effectiveness

• Continuously update learning content to reflect evolving business needs product enhancements organizational priorities and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in instructional design training product education or a similar role; in a high-tech/SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and emerging trends in learning innovation.

• Strong instructional design expertise and knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.

• Experience creating both instructor-led and digital learning solutions.

• Hands-on experience with learning technologies including Learning Management Systems (LMS) authoring tools and content creation platforms.
