HR Technology Partner Temporary

Were looking for a sharp curious HR Tech partner to cover maternity leave. Youll step into an active scope working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and keeping key processes running smoothly.

• Own day-to-day Oracle HCM activities including system maintenance and user support in close collaboration with technical teams

• Serve as the primary HR Tech point of contact for HRBPs translating business needs into clear technical requirements

• Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple teams across the company

• Develop AI-powered solutions and business processes that connect AI agents to Oracle HCM

Qualifications :

• 13 years of experience in HR HR Tech or a related role in a global hi-tech company

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex multi-step processes

• Organized and proactive - can keep cross-team work moving

• Communicates well with both HR and technical audiences

• Curious about AI and how it connects to enterprise systems

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM - an advantage

• High level of English proficiency
