Department Overview
We at Motorola Solutions Israel are looking for an experienced strategicand proactive HRBP to lead all HR activities for our R&D center and IT org. Job Description
Strategic Partnership (HRBP): Partner with advice and coach managers at all levels within the R&D and IT Org. from Team Leaders to Senior Managers.
Cross-Company Management Development: Take strategic ownership of designing building and executing leadership and management development programs for all managers across the entire organization at all levels.
Organizational Development (OD): Plan lead and implement OD processes within the tech org. including team building change management talent management and organizational design (Org Design).
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee and enhance the entire employee journey including onboarding performance management talent retention well-being and offboarding.
Company Culture & Engagement: Initiate and drive programs to boost employee engagement fostering a positive innovative and inclusive work environment.
Basic Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager / HRBP within the high-tech industry Must.
Tech Industry Familiarity: Deep understanding and hands-on experience working with R&D and/or IT groups understanding the unique needs dynamics and terminology of tech populations.
OD & Leadership Development Expertise: Strong orientation and proven experience in building management development programs leading OD initiatives performance reviews and change management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences Psychology Sociology or a related field.
Languages: High-level fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence systemic thinking exceptional trust-building abilities independence initiative and strong influencing skills without formal authority.
